Driveshaft out of balance?

Sometimes if the d/s wasn't "indexed' when it was removed it will vibrate after it is put back on... You could try moving the d/s on the yoke to see if the vibration stops. Might be a little annoying but its worth a shot.

Beat me to it...

I would also say possible drive shaft problem, or perhaps U-joint.

I have had a vibration problem on my 06 since june.its been to the dealer 5 times and now they say it is the exhaust and they can,t do any thing with it.I took it to my own mechanic and he said the same thing exhaust vibration, its not hitting any thing, but it vibrates.

if it was the u joint it would have made a clinking noise when you put it in gear.
