Default Anyone know how to weld?

I can't afford a shop so don't suggest that, but I need a muffler welded on. The one I have is 2.5' and my stock piping is 2.25' so it needs some magic worked on it. I can give ya some beer and food but I'm strapped right now

Go to napa and buy a reducer and 2 clamps
