Default Blown Fuse?

Recently both my horn and in car lighter have ceased working. I do believe it is a fuse issue. If it is, can anyone tell me which one it is?

do you have a cover on your fuse box, it should have a diagram on there, or get a tester with a light on it and check them

Just the thing. it doesn't have a cover. Never did. But I'll stop being lazy I guess and look it up. Got to have it fixed by Inspection Monday

or you could just pull them out one by one till you find the blown one.
