I just got the beast back but i wanted to no wat i have to do to adjust the clutch

take it back to the mechanic and let him do it, that was part of his job

Do you have an adjustible clutch quadrant? If so its not much of a job. If you dont have one, use your hand to depress the clutch all the way down. then in one fluid motion, pull the clutch back up as far as you can. this will adjust it for you.

^What Johnny said. I'm kinda surprised the guy didn't do this for you when he put the new box in...

I dunno if I would give my car back to a mechanic like that, especially one who forgets little details like that, but then again I'm pretty anal about my car.
