Default Catted x-pipe question.

picked up a catted x pipe. thanks higu

my question is my car has no air pump. can i seal off the air tube coming off the x pipe and drive like that or should i re-install the air pump and tube?

right now my car has mil eliminators and is running fine with no check engine light. the O2 sensors are still in place after my headers. will it hurt the cats if i dont install the air pump?
