has he done any work? even pulled the tranny? i would go over to his shop and be nice. look at your car. ask him what he has done... If he has stuff done ask him if he can stop work and just refund the amount that he feels is fair for the work he has done so far... he will ask why etc... just tell him you need it asap and he is waiting on parts and u want to take a chance doing it yourself with a junkyard trany or whatever. better yet - just tell him you need the money for something else and the car has to wait... whatever.... Get your car if drivable home if not have it towed... if u got AAA or a friend that has it ask them if they can come with you for the tow so they can show their card and get you the tow for cheap.

it sounds like you are a little afraid to deal with or even talk to the guy that is working on your car... go find out exactly waht has been done. dont call... go there and look and see... this way you can deal for whatever has been done at this point.

I can help you with that, you know it. Idk when I can this week but if you want to get it to another shop locally any day this week, all we need is a few guys or maybe a lift to put in my bed and then we can take it to that shop, has to be in the afternoons.

Just let me know asap. Friday morning i leave down the shore, so before then would be good
