Default set 800rpm idle after driving 950-1000rpm

I set my idle at about 800 doing what I've seen online to do. http://www.muscularmustangs.com/idlereset.php
When i start the car it idles at what i set it but after driving when i stop at lights etc it idles around 1000rpm.
I've cleaned the MAF sensor, IAC valve, Throttle body and checked the TPS sensor and it's at .09 Vdc. Going to check timing tomorrow.

foxes are notorious for that. might be your salt and pepper shakers or a vaccum leak

Salt and pepper shakers what's that??
I'll check for a vaccum leak good idea.
Thought it might had been the IAC valve gasket because that looked rough and changed it but still doing it.
Thanks man

Salt and peppers are the black and white connectors behind the intake. The connectors wear and don't make and they are for sensors.

I'm pretty sure the white one is the TPS and the other sensors. The other one is injectors. It's been a while though.

i believe your correcr Frank but yes if they arent connecting correctly it will cause high idle. but vaccum leaks would be the first culprit
