I am running a 331 with tfs track heat heads, cobra upper and lowers, and a fms cam. No issues with the rest of the driveline. If you rip it all the time you will break that t5 but I have seen them break with a stock set up and seen them hold up to 520 whp

Kyle the 347 has more down low but loses up top. They also have to notch the deck so the rods don't hit the block. On a 4 bolt block this is fine but a stock block doesn't have as much meat to play with. He will love his 331.

your t5 will be fine with lot of power untill you want to hook. thats when things start breaking and the trans will be the first to go.
