Default Wierd Sound in the Drivetrain

Hey guys, well last night, I wasn't paying attention at a light. Someone drove past me as I was sitting for about 30 seconds and it kinda disturbed me, so I got on it a little hard and in 2nd or 3rd gear I heard a clunk. I thought it was probably a tree branch or a rock or something hitting the car. Well now, as I shift, and when i'm off the gas at like 3,000 rpms plus i get like a humming sound. I can feel it when I shift too. Any ideas? It seems to still drive fine otherwise.
