Default 99-04 Stock Third brake light
I replaced the stock one with an LED one. Has some fading to it but it still works and isn't broken. Make an offer.

I don't remember it having scratches. I can take a look tomorrow morning to make sure. I'm at work and the car is at home.

I just took a look and there is one blemish on it. It's not a scratch but just a mark.

I don't even know what it would be worth. $20?
