03-04 cobra spoiler

I was looking into getting an 03-04 cobra terminator spoiler for my 00 GT. What i am looking to find out is will the old spoiler holes be covered by the new spoiler. Also will there need to be new holes drilled for the spoiler? If anyone could help me out i would greatly appreciate it. Also would it be cheaper/easier to just get a cobra decklid with the spoiler and get it painted? Thanks

It's definitely easier to get a trunk and spoiler already put together but if it's cheaper or not is hard to call. Check out ebay/craigslist etc.

But I am pretty sure that it will cover the holes up from the stock spoiler. If not, look for someone with a 6 that might want your trunk and spoiler as a package and then you can trade for the trunk without holes.

those cobra spoilers are like 600 bucks without the 3rd brake light...750 with it or something like that...and thats without getting it painted. I thought about doing it on my car and its a awesome idea...its just too expensive
