Default 03 GT What else can I do to her?

Alright so I Got my First Mustang GT (2nd Stang and second car) and i love it...the only problem that i have is it has all of the following Performance mods done to it.
K&N FIPK Intake System
BBK 75mm Throttle Body
C&L Intake elbow
Underdrive Pullys
High Flow Cats with X pipe
Aluminum drive shaft
Corsa Mufflers
Steeda Shorty Shifter
3.73 Gears
Diablo Tuned
Steeda Lowering Springs
Sub Frame Connectors
H&R Rear Wheel Spacers
.....................................You get the idea, I have no idea what else performance wise to do. i just want to do something to add more power but not kill my mpg being that the car is my daily driver. Are there any other mods/bolt on i can do to the car to make her perform her best?

One piece aluminum drive shaft. Won't add more HP but will improve handling and acceleration.

What do you want the car to do? 1/4 mile, road course etc...?
You need a direction you are going before anyone can really help you out.
