Default 2004 mach 1 catted mid pipe help and opinions

In the spring after i put my new rims on and do engine mods im going to add a midpipe to my car to make it deeper and louder i already have the borla stinger catback and i have narrowed it down between and slp catted x pipe and a Bassani catted x pipe anyone running them on their cars what do you think which one will give the exhaust a better sound for the money

Here's my setup I know it's a 2V but still sounds similar on the Mach 1's. Couldn't be happier with the system! All great quality too the X-pipe looks brand new still and all the hardware is rust free.

that sounds awesome but i want it catted because ive heard off road pipes make the cars sound really raspy is that true? and did you just remove the cats that were on this x pipe i know bassani's are universal and have that option

For what you describe the MRT catted H is what you want, all X pipes have a different sound. You still gotta come hear my Mach.

That's with the cats out. Yes they bolt right in and come out easy. My and Tareq (Trq232) did it in about a half hour with jack stands. H

yea i know maybe one day this week if your going to be around im free monday and tuesday

it still sounds really good with the cats in i like it

an H gives a deeper note, the X is a lil bit raspyr.

^^^ Correct. The H is a smoother sound especially with cats. The X even with cats gives a sharper sound, as well as more power. Not enough to really matter though it's all about preference of sound.
