Default 99-04 SLP catted x pipe

does anyone have experience with this x pipe?
http://www.americanmuscle.com/slpxc99.html

I have the SLP LM1 resonators, and i want a catted x pipe. this one claims to be "modular" so you can pull off the down pipe, and put on long tubes (but keep shorty headers until you can afford long tubes/ the installation).

Sounds perfect for a walmart cashier making zero dollars like myself, but seems a little too good to be true. any comments would be great, especially on the installation. ive never done exhaust work.

I have it on my 03 GT and love it. Had it on with the stock headers no problem with them, then went with the slp long tubes perfect.

I installed the mid-length headers in my Saleen, what a PITA... finally gave up
and dropped the K-member, much easier after that. Swapping an X-pipe shouldn't
take more than 1-2 hours max. I would just verify it works with the stock manifolds
if that is what you currently have. Hardest part is usually getting the old bolts
off, they tend to rust and snap, especially if you use an impact to remove them.

The big hunk of metal under the motor that looks like a big letter K and makes it extremely difficult to almost impossible to install headers on these cars...
