Default BBK filter change????

anyone have any experience on cleaning a fliter in the fender , i guess the only way to clean is to remove it from under the car? any tips

I cleaned mine last month gotta drop the filter and go to like pep boys or auto zone and get the K&N filter cleaning set its like 30 bucks or so and you have to wait like almost 4 hours for it to dry, if you do it today it will probly dry in a hour if you let is sit outside
