ok well i hate to say it but the head unit is on its way out and will have to be replaced as far as your cds there are 2 possible ways to get them out 1 pull the stereo fuse. this may help clear the jam and make it give you back your cds may even make it work again for a brief period of time but it will screw up again. 2 push the eject button alot like over and over and over that might clear the jam maybe even take a cd you dont care about and try sticking it in to try and get it to spit them out. this is a very common problem but hopefully one of these helps you out.

thanks, i have been trying to stick old cds in there to try and clear the jam...still nothing. im most likely going to have to take the whole thing out to get the cds back. i tried pressing the eject button over and over, still nothing. i just got to save up some cash and get a new cd player.

good luck with it. my brother and I both have '03 GTs and both of our head units did the same thing. i tried everything under the sun except for replacing the head unit. . my brother replaced his. Only suggestion I have is either buy a new head unit or take it out and bring it to a dealer to have them send out the head unit. This seems to be a big problem with these radios.

Same thing happened to me. I have a Mach1000 with 6 CD changer and all 6 were stuck in there and they were the previous owners. I just kept pressing load and then eject over and over again. Eventually the changer cycled around enough where the CD flap was up and I could pry another CD in there to get the loaded one out.
