Default Cobra Bumper question need help

Hey everyone is this cobra bumper suppose to look this way? isn't it suppose to be black plastic on the bottom? it looks completely primed to me

I found out the bumper is fiberglass has anyone had any experiences with fiberglass bumpers? Good or bad ?

IDK but please don't tell me you are going to put a cobra lettered bumper on your Mach 1 :P Just grab a GT Bumper dude

There is a Lip that attaches under a cobra bumper, similar to a Mach 1.
