Default Debating between building forged 2v or stroking w/3v heads??

As the title states I am just about done rebuilding my replacement stock motor and already debating on my build for my old block. My question is would it make more sense to build a forged 2v either hi comp. juiced cam and head porting or forged supercharged, or stroke block to 5.0 and do a 3v head swap with cams?
I'm not in a rush to do it so I have time to find and buy parts. I'm just looking to see opinions to the choices as far as power and reliability. I have no plans for the track but want the power. My hp goal is about 450rwhp with a pretty decent power band.

opinions please...

yea thats what I was told on another forum also. And after looking into a few things the money I spend doing the swap I can just put that into go fast parts and come out just as fast if not faster. So now I'm looking into forged internals from modmax, ported heads w/cams and a centri supercharger, possibly a Procharger D1sc and 40cc injectors. Just have to figure out fuel.

hmmm 40 "lb" injectors? with that setup you coulds easily get away with a 255 walbro in tank and a boosta pump just to be safe.

Well you could go. 20 over with a forged stroker assembly and end up with 302

the 2v sounds so sick, better than any 3v any day of the week.

Just make sure when you set it up, that if you want to go for more power you don't limit yourself cause then it gets expensive re-doing mods.

go forged & stroked and mild comp. its hard to make serious power going NA with the 2V. this way when your fed up with beating a dead horse (no pun intended) your already forged so throwing some boost at it isnt going to be a problem

you can go stock cobra hat and be good up to 600+ hp,with a BAP,if your looking in that power range your best option is the centri with some gears to get you going. Let me know when the time comes cause i have have pretty much a whole cobra fuel hat setup with the pumps, u might need to buy a hose or something, i also have a stage 1 fpdm laying around, just like hotshot said make sure thats all the power you want or you end up with extra parts like me haha

yea that was the original idea but if stroking is not worth the power and supposedly wears out the motor faster.

my plans exactly, to leave room for upgrades but I don't plan to go crazy.

Thanks George idk why i didn't call you on this one lol . I will be giving you a call about that fuel setup and also gonna try to bring the car up by you once I get her running. I just have to drop the motor inn so it should be one day this week.

Oh and I have some 373's that I'm hoping to get put in this weekend coming up
