Default Eaton with Adapter Plate?

Anyone here ever done/seen this on a V6? I've seen some selling everything required on SVTP, but it sounds like a lot of work. Is ending up with ~275-325 rwhp worth it? Or would a TT setup yield much better results?

TT will be more efficient, will also probably be much more expensive.

If you have to ask... don't even bother.

Yea, I know mysteed was selling these kits on the 3.8mustang forums and then people sell their own kits with the parts they sourced by themselves, but then I see complete TMA Turbo kits, Prochargers, and Vortechs up for sale at around the same price and it makes me wonder which would be better.

I know the main problem with the Eaton on a V6 would be that it can't be intercooled, and since it'd be on my DD (almost always in the city), I wouldn't want any overheating problems to occur. That's what really pushes me away from it since I've never seen any posts of it being done on a DD.

im with you on that. i wouldnt do it without an IC. but i also wouldnt piece together a kit. keep it as is until a viable kit comes out. or (clears throat) buy a gt lol.

I would buy a GT, but my heart's always been set on an '03 Cobra since I first saw one

But until I get a better job, I figured I'd look into doing the best I could with my V6 lol.

On another note, any recommendations on TT kits? :P

its not feasable. for the cost to add a propely designed and tuned tt kit, you could sell your car and buy an 03 cobra.

In other words, I understand wanting to maximize what you have. But id either leave it alone power wise, or do some minimal bolt ons

the only way i can see for you to get the power you want is to get away from the (sick)s cylinder and go buy a GT. i hate to say it but you will probably just wreck an 03 cobra. you gotta figure a terminator makes more power stock than you can get out of a (sick)s cylinder. just go buy a new gt and you will be faster than a terminator was stock anyway.
