Default help programming keyless entry

hey guys i have an 03 mustang and i know how to program the car to have one keyless entry remote work. my question is does anyone know how to program 2 keyless entries to one car? I only have one key and my buddy boosted a spare remote for me so and cant get both remotes to get programmed to the car.

do you by any chance know how to program additional remotes? everytime i try my old one becomes deprogrammed and visa versa when i reprogram my old one, my new one becomes deprogrammed.
