Default Looking for someone to give my car a "once over"

Basically, I’m looking for someone to give my car a “once over.” Looking for someone who is familiar with Mustangs, specifically 99-04, as mine is a 2003. I just got my car a few months ago and having never owned a Mustang before, I don’t have anything to compare it to. Things that I may think are wrong in my head may be just normal for mustangs.

I feel like the clutch is going, the pedal is very stiff and when I let off of it to let it roll, there’s a thin point of where it will roll or stall out. I also feel like maybe the motor mounts may be going too. Car lurches a lot sometimes in between shifts sometimes if I drive through a dip in the road while shifting, specifically 1 – 2 shift it will lurch from the dip and then keep lurching once I shift into 2nd. I also think that my shifter seems to shake a lot and sometimes I notice it move a lot while in gear and a press the clutch and goose the gas it will really move a bunch. Also something odd happened the other day, I was driving back from Atlantic Shitty and get off the GSP after driving straight for about an hour. I get to the stop sign off my exit and wait a good 2 minutes to make a left hand turn. Finally I see an opportunity to make the left and I give it a good amount of gas to get across. I let the RPM’s get up to about 4.5K before shifting in 2nd. I shifted hard into 2nd and as I left off the clutch to get back on the gas, the car didn’t do anything, it was almost like it paused for a second and then went. I went for an oil change the other day at one of these wash and lube places and the kid working there said my motor had a lot of sludge in it. He said for a 100 bucks he can get all the sludge out and do the oil change. I’m not sure if it was a ploy to get a $100 bucks outta me or if he was serious. I can never tell with these places.

So I am just looking for someone to look at, drive the car, maybe a compression test and let me know whats, wrong, whats right, and what may need to be replaced/fixed without ripping me off. Anyone have any suggestions?

Shifter rattling can get annoying... My friends 300zx does it. I forget what it is...

As far as hard shifting and the car "hiccupping" and then going -- That happens to me. If i slam the gears and drive it like i stole it, the clutch almost cant handle it. You, like me, probably have the stock clutch. An upgraded clutch would solve that issue i would think... The stock clutch in these cars is the heaviest i have ever pushed down...
