Question Lowering by cutting springs

Considering doing this since it seems pretty straight forward. Figure I'll wait till I get new shocks and just do the springs and shocks in one day. Any thoughts?

It's not gonna be as good a ride as if you buy lowering springs. Some guys swear buy it and other will never do it.

Yeah I expect it to be stiffer. I want that anyway. I figure if i don't like it i'll just get new springs which is what i was planning to do in the first place

I wouldn't recommend cutting springs. You're much better off going with a set of proper lowering springs.

I highly disagree with cutting springs and im sure someone will come in and say how they did it and they love it but if they yanked those and threw in a set of eibachs or steedas they would see that it was that cutting springs is not a good practice.
