Default Oil Gauge

Does anyone know where the sending unit is on a 99-04 3.8 v6?

Since this is the first winter I have had the car I just realized this. It started yesterday the oil pressure gauge doesn't work until the car running for a few minutes. Oil is good and no engine issues and the gauge works once warm. So I'm pretty sure its the sending unit. I have the Haynes guide, but it doesn't even list it in the index.

Its not that important since the gauge is always in the center and never moves so I doubt it is that accurate, but hopefully I will be selling the car soon so I would like it to work. And I looked a little online, but only see threads for the Gt, plus I was on my phone.

Thanks in advance

Damn Ford I guess its a good thing I bought the special tool to remove the power steering pump pulley. It might stay this way til it warms up lol. Thanks Tareq
