Default suspension questions

I have a 01 v6 conv. I just put on a tockico suspension kit (blue shocks) with the matching springs new front sway bar bushings and endlinks. New spring isolaters, balljoints and a stefano bumpsteer kit. Car still rides like sh*t to me. The kit is suppose to lower the car 1.25". My question is should i get steeda x2 balljoints and full length sub frame connectors? The car is terrible over any bumps in the road. My alignment is pretty good, but still goes everywhere when i go over bumps. Not as bad as it did before i put all this stuff on. My next question. Is where is a good place to get this stuff installed? I live in montclair

subframe connectors are always a good idea but you should have something along the lines of them being a vert. the ball joints arent a bad idea either, but did you think lowering the car would make it drive smoother? thats about the opposite of whats gonna happen after a 1.5 drop...

Agreed, lowered isn't going to ride better, thats what the stock system does.

Subframe connectors will stiffen the chassis but it won't help the ride quality. ride quality is mostly attributed to these things:

tires
springs
struts
shocks

Ditch the tockiko blues and go for some Koni Yellows or Takeoff Terminator Bilstein shocks. You will not be disappointed.

I knew the ride quality would suffer some. But my whole stock setup was shot. Maybe I'll try the takeoffs or the Joni yellow. I'm definitely will go with. The subframes. I hear good things about thrm

Did you have an alignment done? The bump steer kit needs to be parallel with the control arm. Sounds like yours might be off. Thats why they give you the bushings.

This isn't really making sense... The tokico kit is what i had in my car and it rode perfectly fine for a ~1.25 drop... It rode real smooth, actually...

How long has everything been installed? Give it some time to settle and for you to get accustomed to it...

I got the alignment done right after i got everything installed. It seemed ok around town. I took it on the highway. It rode smooth as long as i don't go over any bumps. Then its crazy. It's only been days since the install. So I'm gonna go back and have them check the alignment again. I don't know if the even messed with bumpsteer kit when i got the alignment. You guys think i need CC plates with this setup?

Did you have the bumpsteer kit with steeds balljoints on yours? I didn't purchase the ball joints i just have stock ones right now. Could this be the problem?
