Default throttle body sizes which should i chose

hey everyone, my car has a( k&n cold air intake , BBk headers and a full exhuast with an offroad x pipe i belive the stock throttle body for a 02 mustang is 63mm (correct me if wrong) but with those mods im getting more air so should i get a 70 mm throttle body 0r a 75 mm throttle body ? anyone have an idea ? because i herd somtimes the bigger one hurts performance?

I've heard the same but have heard different explanations as to why. Without doing any research I'd be more inclined to do the 70mm.

A 70mm is plenty, 75mm is btr with fi, heads, and really big cams.
