Default 2005 Ford Mustang Trouble Codes: P0158, P0138, and P0689

Ok so today my car was being weird and would have a delayed start up after i put the key to the on position, about a second or two of a delay and then it would start up. At one time i tried it didn't even start, and then on my way home i see the speedometer jumping up and down. I looked at codes and they were P0158, P0138, and P0689. what can this be? it says something about low voltage to the ecm but it can be anything. I also dont have cats on my car so that could be the other two codes but they have not been on til now and ive been catless for a while. thanks

first two codes are self-inflicted from no cats. 3rd code is a tough one, here is some reading material

alternator or battery most likely

but not sure that code is sorta off the wall and could actually be the pcm or a wire pinched or something odd

fuses are easy to check, pull them out and inspect them. couldn't hurt and doesn't take long at all
