i would keep the tuner with the car. the next person that gets it will have to pay ford to have the car re-flashed and then tuned if they need work or if they decide to get a tuner they will be screwed because the car will be locked as well. it is the right thing to do imo. good karma haha! either that or take the cai off and return the intake back to stock and then you have an unlocked tuner you can sell.
