Default 07 GT to 03/04 cobra?

I currently have an 07 GT but I always wanted a cobra. I found a few for sale in my price range and I wanted to get some opinions on the swap? What do you all think?

Would be cool, make sure the ones you want haven't been beat on. One of my friends bought one and it was badly abused and had engine damage even though it drove good (until you really got on it) and had a mint looking exterior.

For a cobra I would only pay a premium for one because the cheaper and seemingly good deals may have been abused. I would only go to a pre s197 for a termi

Well few things about cobras. They were built to be beat on so most time you won't even realize if they were but they have forged rods and crank so they are strong. The interiors of those cars are not great in my opinion going from your car to a cobra is a big change and not a good one in my opinion. Before you buy anything check your insurance the 03-04 cobra is deemed a high risk and can be a fortune regardless of age and mileage.

Id go with a cobra, but that's just me lol, Ofcourse your lose as far as interior but a cobra turns a lot more heads then a regular S197 GT
