Question 1st Mods for 2006 GT vert 4.6L

All,

I am close to purchasing a Bama Tuner w/3 presets and CAI combo. Is this the best first modifications to start with? If not any suggestions?

Thnx

yeah I think it's one of the best mods to open up your car and get rid of the factory lag. It was probably my 2nd mod after my exhaust but wish I had done it sooner.

Tunes are always a great mod but my favorite and first mod has to be the exhaust so you have the monstrous sound.

You're right on. Intake+Tune always the best to start with (unless you buy a new 5.0). Then I'd suggest a good set of tires (Might as well get wider rims while you're on it). Then an exhaust if you think you need it.

Definitely one of the best first mods. Will give you better sound out of the car as well

CAI and tune is the best bang for your buck for the S197 mustang, good choice! which CAI brand did you select?

i perosnally would go with the exhaust and more mods before you go with the cai and tune, only so you dont have to get the tuner reflashed if u add more mods in the future.
