Anyway, there are rubber bumpers on the radiator support out on each side. These should be screwed out enough so they contact your hood when closed....they should not allow any up and down play. If you have to adjust them up so high that your hood now sits too high as compared to the fender, then you have to adjust the latch lower.

Do that and your hood will not flutter.
Thanks for the info, I will go in to the dealer with that in mind definitely. I think the hood mounts have to be adjusted, which I think is what you are referring to as "latch lower." Because the issue is only on the Driver side, not the passenger side at all.
