Default 2008 Ford Mustang GT rear squeak..lower control arm bushing?

Hi everyone,
new to the site and will post pics and profile to the new member section shortly but I am looking for a solution to my rear passenger squeak. I think its the LCA but not sure. 2008 gt with only 23k miles should not sound like an old stagecoach. Shocks are good. Anyone had issues with this? Will replacing LCA with performance LCAs solve it with the poly bushings etc? Thanks for your help!

Mine squeaked too, but I needed rear brake pads at like 30k but that did the trick for me... For s little bit, it just came back this week so if anyone finds a fix for this I'm all ears

try tightening the bolts a bit more. they might have loosened up and created a squeak.

rear control arm bushing noise is common especially as the stangs get older. ford molds the bushings so the rubber is bonded to the outer shell and inner pin and it is common that the rubber eventaully seperates and allows the pin to rotate inside the rubber and this is the cause of the noise. on older mustangs with the 2 UCAs the ones that go first are the press in bushings in the top of the axle. if in fact the noise is your CA bushings you can try hitting it with some lube but its hard to get it in there and it doesnt last long. CAs with urethane bushings work well but they must be lubed good when installed and they must have a grease fitting because they will need lubing.
