Default 2009 Ford Mustang GT - Check Engine Light Code: Po620

So I threw a cel tonight thats the code it says generator malfunction. I took it to advanced and had then test the charging system and everything tested perfect. I looked it up online and it says possible pcm failure. Ive also developed a tough idle the past few days that I thought was bad gas. Ran it all out put in lucas fuel treatment and refilled with bp 93.octane . Also cleaned all the plugs . Its stil there. I read some where that the tune could be off so I retuned it . Drive about a block and everything came right back. Anyone that can help ill appreciate it.

Thanks
Tommy

Ps please keep anything non tech to of this post.

Checking the charging system at Advanced may have shown that voltage was
getting to the battery, but doesn't mean the sytem is operating properly.
I don't know how they checked it either. There are two connectors to the alt.
One goes to the battery, the other, PCM. I'd be checking these wires for any
breaks or loose connections at this plug.

Of the three wires, 2 Yellow/Lt Blue and Yellow, go to the PCM, the Orange/ Lt Blue
go to your fuse box #43 10a, listed as alternator in the manual.
I'd check these areas before changing alts and PCM work.
You've got nothing to lose......

Thank you sir I will be doing this today. I also forgot to mention that the stock cd player is f'ed up and keeps cycling through the cds and won't eject them ...idk if it is associated but couldn't hurt .
