Default Advice on Installing BBK Shorty Headers on a 2005 Ford Mustang GT

So I have a set of bbk shorty headers that I want to put on. Has anyone tried the install and is there any advice for it? thanks

i'm not sure but it might be pretty similar to these installation instructions for the pypes shorty headers.. http://www.americanmuscle.com/pypes-...t-install.html

cake for shortys take off the buts unbolts the midpipe slide on the sshorty put the nuts back on the stud rebolt on h pipe done

thanks dan but it says on bbks website that I would have to take off the steering shaft and the starter and jackup the motor. Can I just skip those?

Why not just go LT's? If you're gonna go in the pool up to your waist, might as well jump all the way in

I got the shorties practically for free and don't wanna spend money on lt's plus motor mounts etc.

I installed my longtubes with pulling the steering shaft. You might have to pull the motor mount brackets but that's all.

You do have to pull the engine brackets and jack the motor up and down a few times
