Default Anyone know how you can get the Rear Back Emblem in Black?

I was thinking since everything is black on my car, i do not really like that chrome trunk emblem in the middle, i want to get rid of the chrome..

Does anyone know where i can buy a black one, or if anyone painted theres how they did it?

I pulled mine off, found a panel for the back that covered the 2 holes left by the fake gas cap. I've painted the "Plastic" chrome before on my interior. sand it up to scratch the finish, use plastic adhesion polymer, paint it black.
DON'T try to pry off the cap unless you don't plan on putting it back. Held on with 3m tape and 2 push pins. bent mine getting it off.

if you are going to remove it to paint it get yourself some heavy fishing line and just slide it under and go back and forth slowly to cut the tape. once you get all the way around use the fishing line to slowly pull back on the emblem from the center and it will pop off. the emblems are cheap on ebay so maybe buy one and paint it to make sure you like it.

you can also use a hair dryer to heat up the glue
