Default The big brown Santa truck came today! Big box from COMP.

Okay, the big brown Santa comes every day bringing toys for good little boy and girl customer's rides, but today was rare, there were parts for me!

What stage and level are the cams?

Oh boy one thing that i will try and never do again will be valve springs and retainers on a 3valve

What are they vsr stage 2s?

Custom grind

Compared to a VSR S2, it's a narrower LSA, w/ a bit more duration (hence the phaser limiters).

Thats badass. I had vsr2's on the 07 and they were fantastic. Can i make a suggestion though mike? While your doing all this pull the front cover of the motor and put on a set of steel chain tensioners.

Argh... I wasn't planning on taking the front of the motor apart. I have my wedge-on-a-stick and spring compressor ready to go.

What tensioners do you use? 2v ones?

Yup 2v trick flow tensioners. Those plastic ones are garbage and youll want the spring so your not relying on oil pressure.
