Cam sound with just a tune, thoughts?

There has been a lot of buzz about this. Basically the tuner can make the Ti-VCT overlap since they have 4 cams in the new 5.0 and create this sound.

Rice, Cool, stupid, awesome, what does everyone think?

Oh and p.s. Brenspeed spent all last weekend working with Comp Cams grinding a new camshaft for the coyote engine, i can't wait to see what a REAL cammed 5.0 sounds like on this new engine

If i had a 5.0 i would never get this i would just save up for the real cams. I dont see y u should advertise the cam sound when u dont have them. Be funny to see whoever has this on there stang get killed by other cars that are actually built up and not just sound built up

well everyone knows that this gains zero HP. The biggest debate is that if this is rice or not it seems.

I've already seen "its like putting cobra badges on a V6" comments. But i give this a big plus for originality, its def unique for sure

the 5.0 can run 12's right outta the box anyway, so its already got the power to backup the sound IMO

Well in that way then i see it as a rice thing to add to the mustang. Yes the 5.0 might run 12s out of the box but i think alot of people know that by now so when they see it at the track and it sounds like it has cams yet it runs stock times i think alot other people will be like oh theres a riced mustang. To me im more for the sleeper its always awesome watching cars at the track that u think are slow take off the line and beat vettes and other cars but thats just me
