Default Confused about the SCT tuner with the free custom Bama tunes?

Im confused what kind of tunes i would put on the tuner for my car?

i thought that tune already comes with the tuner?
I think the CAI and catback exhuast is in there too, but im not sure
is there an x-pipe tune?

you can get tunes for the exact parts you have
