Default Considering New Gears for My 2007 Mustang GT: 4.10s or 4.30s?

I want to put new gears in my 07 GT but I'm torn on what i want. Now i drive a V8 mustang so gas mileage is already out the window for me haha; i was thinking either FRPP 4.10's or Motive performance 4.30's.

Other suggestions welcomed as always!
Thanks,
Matt

This is a pay to play mod. I'd highly suggest not doing it yourself. I'm sure dan would agree as well.

Yes this is not a do it yourself mod. It is very crucial that gears get put in correctly. That will determine how loud they will be and how long they will last. I even dislike doing them

I'm ordering my gears from American Muscle, should i go for the Trac-Lok rebuild kit option along with the "gear installation kit" or just the gear installation kit? I'm not sure if i need it or not?
