Default Exhaust Advice?

for starters, i removed the stock mufflers and got custom pipes and tips put on (no mufflers) and just axle back

i love how it sounds, but i was thinking of doing a little more.. eventually i would want to get long tube headers possibly kooks when i can afford it (probably not too soon).. i know most people do just axle back or axle back and headers, but what about the over-axel pipes? (catback?) so i was thinking about changing the stock pipes to aftermarket pipes but haven't found too many options.. Pypes website has some for sale for a little more than $150

is this a good idea or worth it? will i hear any sound difference or gain any hp? could i get something custom done on this instead for a decent price? and if so what size pipe? the stock is 2.5" right? so would 3" be good or stay with 2.5"?

thanks

yeah i like how the pypes stuff sounds.. do you have a clip or anything of how yours sounds? i was only thinking of doing the overaxle pipe without the mufflers, and not thinking of doing the x pipe because i would eventually want to get LTs

changing those will not change anything at all

maybe a very slight difference but in my opinion not worth 200 bucks

i thought about the mid muffler pipe but that would just quiet it up..

so basically you're saying that since it would be the same size pipe and the only difference is it doesn't have the flat spot, there wouldn't be much of a difference in sound or flow?
