Default Found this to be cool!

I have an 07 V6 with the Pony Package... I can change the gauge colors (like that is needed...lol). Well the other day the nag computer told me I was low on gas, which is only sorta accurate so I kept going to work knowing I had plenty to stop on the way home. At the end of the day I got in and turned on the headlights because it was raining and headed home. At the moment I have my color set as a light blue for the gauges, and well, when it got to about 15 miles to empty, my gas gauge turned red! Everything else was still the other color. I have to admit I found that neat! When I stopped for gas I left the lights on and the key in the run position and watched... sure enough, once a few gallons got in the tank it went blue again! Yeah yeah, I'm easily amused!:P

The Mycolor system is one of the coolest features in the mustang. I liked seeing my gauge turn red once when i had 3 miles till empty.

I tend to leave it on blue, but i rotate the colors sometimes to suit my moods.

Hehe that's one of my favorite things about my car I like to play with the colors, but I too mainly leave it on blue (my fave color). I've never let it got that low that it turns red though.

haha no I don't have any of those features...on mine or many, only the dash changes while the center console stays lit in green......I guess I will have to be different and use a color other than blue, huh? lol

I never mentioned this to any one because I am a big supporter in not running your tank dry .... but it is kewl. (so lets keep it a secret) I keep my dash board red so if it ever happens again, I wont notice.

I've ran it til it says zero to empty a bunch of times... the most it's ever taken was 14 1/2 gallons... it's a 16 gallon tank, so that thing isn't real accurate...lol

cause it has like a 2 gallon reserve even after it displays zero on thre guage and on empty, cause i've done that by accident once and I traveled for quite a bit on it like that,
