ah man I had my 2 rears replaced last year during the Downs Show because of this same exact problem, turns out they were frozen or just locking up and I have an 05 so they probably were defective ones or something

lol yeah I guess...idk whats up, had them replaced under warranty and not even 10k later and its back

Similar thing happened to my 06 since my car was lowered they said I hit something underneath and it scraped the ebrake line and the fluid froze inside. So when I drove the car felt like something was holding it back from accelerating then I would hear a pop and it drove normal. So the ford dealer changed the brake like to steel lines.
