Default Head rests

Just received my New head rests from SHELBY today. I know they install fairely easy but cant seem to get the old ones out. Any one have any experience with removing the head rests? I think it has something to do with the button on the ring around the outside post but not sure. Any help would be greately appreciated.

Thanks, would that be the one on the left side of each head rest? I really appreciate your help on this. Will take picks when finished.
