Yeah, had to pull off the alternator and mount to get at it, took like an hour to pull everything off and find the problem... Hopefully won't be too bad putting it back together

Yay! Back together! Ended up costing about $70.00 for the part and 2 gaskets. Looks like the heat of the engine split open the casing. I'll post some pics of it when I get a chance.

Attached are 2 pictures, one of the back where it cracked (and you can notice some discolouration, and one of the front, where you couldn't tell there was a crack.

The water was pouring out of the crack and down over the water pump, hence my thinking it was worse than it was.

a guy i know 5twenty hit 107k in just 3 years, but since he had a kenne bell 2.6 on it from 80k+ he blew a rod and now has a 04 cobra iron block. But these engines can go forever, i know of even some 4.0 mustangs will into the 100k+ range already
