Default Help with crushed Oil Dip Stick

when i was putting in my new BBK headers on my 08 mustang i did not realize that you had to put the oil dipstick and tube behing them crushing it..

Does anyone know how much it would be to get a new one? And does anyone know how you can get it out?
Thanks

what part got stuck, the two inch nipple that goes into the pan? You should be able to get it out with a tap.

no see this is what happened...

i was putting in aftermarket headers and i didnt realize you had to remove the dip stick and that tube so when i put the BBK headers on i crushed the tube and everything right where the headers go.. i want to either pull it out and crimp it back because right now the tube is flat and i am trying to find out how to get it out

ok, to remove the dipstick and tube, remove the screw that hold the dipstick tube in place. then follow the tube with your hand until you reach where the tube enters the pan. pull the tube straight out. you may have to twist to get it loose but it will eventually come out.

there is a thread on AFM about a guy who did this. Stupid BBK didn't mention it in their directions lol.

sorry can't find it on rockauto and they normally have everything. I'd go to Ford and pay their stupidly high price if its broken
