Default Help with Pioneer Headunit install 2006 Mustang

Hey guys im not sure if im posting this in the right spot but ill post it here anyway lol. Im looking to purchase the pioneer avic z130bt. I plan on installing it myself with my father and i would like to know if i need to purchase any additional harnesses or anything to get it working properly. Also will it work fine with the speakers and stuff i have now? Also will it have a snug fit?
Thanks

You need your vehicle specific harness and a vehicle specific install kit which is basically a cage that bolts to the headunit and the factory locations in the car its pretty simple just be gentle pulling your interior apart not to scratch it up

It's universal just go to a stereo shop and tell them you need a harness for an 06 Mustang for an after market head unit and just specify if you have shaker 500 or 1000

Best buy, usually get it with a new unit for a good deal. Remember to move the mute wire on your specific harness or no controlling the gps or other display features while driving

Exactly if not I can, done two already so it's a piece of cake and all plug and play except for wiring the adapter harness to your head unit, even then it's just matching colors
