Default I can smell antifreeze when I get out of my car

two weeks ago when i installed my throttle body spacer i knocked my radiator hose loose. when I drove about a half mile it came off, my temp light came on and I shut it down, but I lost a lot of coolant. one gallon to be exact. after the engine cooled I replaced the antifreeze and went on about my day. But I have noticed that I can smell antifreezw now after driving for a bit. there are no drips under the car and the temperature stays where it should be. Does anyone have a guess on why I keep smelling the coolant?

You more than likely spilt it on stuff in your engine bay that you can't see and its just got to "cook" itself off. Try hitting it with a hose or just give it some time to wear out and the smell should disappear on it own. If you're not losing coolant its not a leak obviously which is your big concern
