Anyone currently in a build/mod status?
I went from --chillaxin--to adding over 5 "altered" features to my car, to be unveiled at Carslile in June, thanks to sponsors old and new.

The first one was new paint and C stripes...
The second was the caliper covers from MGP....

Ill post up pics after each one is done....
No supercharger...lol

So whats on the agenda people?
Gotta keep it fresh and new!

I might be doing just that and going new. My credit union uses no money down and I pay my car payments before I even see my check so if all works out right ill be driving harry's new 2012 black gt this week!

Well i put on a Supercharger. I'm looking into forged bottom ends and 6 speeds and the car will be going in for paint work soon.

S/C maybe coming coming in a year for me!! Other than that, I just dropped a bunch of money in the drivetrain and suspension for my car.

In the midst of putting on the new grille, and racing stripes. I also want to change out the gas door, the pony emblem on the front, and get deep dish bulletts in chrome.

But in order to do all that I'd have to rob a bank. The stripes ain't cheap. I have $1k coming to me soon and part of me wants to just go for it and dump $700 on the rims. But that's a lot of $ to part with all in one go. And I should really invest in snow tires - before you know it winter will rear its ugly head again. I guess I have to think about what I should really do with the $.

Um since I'm still unemployed there will be no modding of Sheldon, until I can get one!!!! Unless of course Karen wants to donate some things from AM to me....lol!!!! Just kidding Karen, I love ya!!!!!!

I think posting mod info on another site put the jinx on my upgrades, which started back on 12 Feb. with an e-mail to JDM Engineering. My plan was to have phase 1 done by 31 March, which came & went with the parts still on order. Drove to Freehold yesterday & looked @ the blower kit, FRPP item # (M-6066-MSVT29D)..........750hp@6100rpm/719tq@4200rpm ( flywheel ) @ 17 psi boost on 93 octane fuel.......This kit should net me 655hp @ the wheels....The " Procal " flash tuner isn't sent with the kit & JDM is in the process of getting it from Ford. I have an install date of 29 April, provided the weather doesn't wash me out. While I was @ JDM yesterday, I outlined phase 2 of the motor upgrades, to make sure we were both on the same page. All this dead time has allowed me to gather info off various sites to narrow down my mod list. I have a number ( hp ) in mind, & everything I've read tells me it is in my reach. When the motor is done, it will be time to outsmart the traction issues.. ( how do you upgrade your suspension until you know how much hp you're trying to control ? )

well aside from the new frontend, I just bought the 2010 gt-500 hood vent to also put into my hood. It will eliminate the need for hoodpins (alleviating the pressure underhood = stops hood shake at speed, and cools down the engine bay as well)

well some money is starting to flow in. i'll be ordering my rims tomorrow or friday. (good friday is screwing up my payday.) tires shortly after that. i've already starting to pick up some of the suspension stuff. maybe a hood, and a ton of adam's products.
