Default Let's Talk Tuners, Points and Tips on SCT Tuner for 05-09 Ford Mustang Gts

So my SCT tuner should be arriving soon and I'm itching to get the tune loaded in my car. So, is there anything I should know? And tips or pointers? I know it is a simple process but I'm just curious if anyone has has problems or set backs that can be avoided. Thanks!

a few questions for ya.

Who did you buy it from, and does it have pre-loaded custom tunes on it?

If its got custom tunes, plug it into your OBD port and within 5 min you'll have a grin from ear to ear.

Also there is a fuel data error or w/e it says on your dash that comes up after you load a tune, its NORMAL so don't worry about it. You'll hear a little noise under the hood too, thats normal.

I did get the tune from BAMA and they were three custom tunes. You were right I was smiling from ear to ear haha it definitely needed that tune a long time ago! Does anyone know how to use the launch control though?
