Default Long Tube Header Options for 2005-09 Ford Mustang GTs

I plan on ordering a set of long tube headers, im not looking to spend a whole lot of money, i wanted some options that other people used, so send some my way!!

Pypes Pype Bomb axle backs
Hurst STS
K&N CAI
FRPP 4.10's
H&R Super sport springs

Mods to come---

Kooks Long tube headers/mid pipe
Steeda under drive pulleys
Comp Cams XFI SPR Stage II cams,springs,phasors,and retainers
5% tint all around
18X9/10 black bullet wheel w/ Nitto 555 285/275
tail light tint
Chin spoiler

got the headers used from a friend on s197 forums bought the mid pipe new from latemodel resto for like 470 then you gotta do motor mounts which prothane bullets run about 150. then you need 02 extensions 2 pairs for about 60 bucks. headers would have been around 750 new

the headers will be very close to the mounbts and the factory rubber one will heat up and start to give out during long drives

oh, well then ill have to get them haha, are yours ceramic coated or just the black ones? will i still pass inspection if i get a catted mid-pipe?

mine are ceramic coated then i hit them with some ceramic paint. yes you can pass inspection with the catted mid pipe

ceramic coating holds heat in better and wont rust as quickly
