Default Looking for Clutch Suggestions

I'm sure most of you have already experience a clutch problem or two, so i will save you the details. i have an 09 Shelby, it's at the dealers getting a new clutch. It's seems that Ford wants to blame the driver for hotrodding (that's B.S. and they know it). I don't have that kind of cash to be repairing the clutch every year. Is there any clutch perhaps a performance clutch that can eliminate the headaches?

I'm looking for suggestions.

Semper Fi Shelby

Everyone will have a different opinion. Most answers will be a Spec 2 or Mcleod.

It's all going to be about preference. I would stick with a good name brand. (Ram, Spec, Centerforce etc.) Just make sure that your sized for the torque rating and you should be good to go. There is a gentleman on here tag named JerseyGator. He has a GT500 wouldn't hurt to ask him.

RAM. If you have any doubts go to their web site and read their Clutch University. I've used their powergrip setup with great success on a street strip application ant it took constant abuse without issue. It was only 300ish HP so you may need a bit stronger application.
